We purchased our RX 350 Sport in May 2025 and intentionally waited almost a year before writing this review so we could honestly evaluate both the car and the service after real-life use. We absolutely love this car, and the service has been outstanding. We also own a Mercedes-Benz and an Infiniti, and the RX 350 is hands-down better than both in terms of comfort, luxury, and overall experience. Our sales advisor, Himanshu, was amazing to work with. He knows the vehicle extremely well, is honest, not pushy at all, and immediately understood our needs. Most importantly, he didn’t waste our time — we didn’t have to spend an entire day at the dealership like we have at other places. The service department has been just as impressive. Fe and Sintija are awesome and always incredibly helpful. Every visit has been a great experience. This location is significantly better than the Lexus NW location, from customer service to overall experience. Compared to the Mercedes dealership, Lexus is on another level — more luxurious, more welcoming, and more thoughtful. You’re treated to a full bistro experience (the macchiato and pastries by Erika are the best!), and you can even get your nails done by Mila, who offers a full Russian manicure. I have.visited the Lexus factory in Japan and seen their process & quality management with my eyes. Since then, I have trusted the Lexus and I bought my 5th Lexus at last. I have bought all cars from my sales person(Mr. Malcom) and that’s why I stick to Lexus of Calgary. After experiencing their service, you can’t move to another brand. I definitely share my experiences with people and recommend you to enjoy it.

We have been getting our RX350 serviced at Lexus of Calgary (LOC) for 14 years. During that time, all of the staff have been great, especially Sintija, Chelsea and Al. Because of the good service over the years, we bought a new 2026 NX350H and just picked it up over the weekend. Our product advisor Louai is passionate about cars and was great to talk to during the whole process. Behind the scenes, Dil (sales manager) and Meagan (Business Manager) made the deal work flawlessly, and Kadin was very good with answering our questions during delivery. We are familiar with Lexus quality and love features of the NX350H as well as the fuel efficiency. In my opinion, this is probably the best dealership I have encountered over 46 years of buying cars.

I bought a Lexus GX from Ajay. He was very responsive to my messages, made an appointment with me in advance and then followed up just before the meeting to make sure we were still meeting as I was coming out of province. Upon meeting him I was greeted with a smile and handshake and he was very friendly towards the other guests I brought. His knowledge of the product was excellent, answered all my questions and he was willing to negotiate and make everything right. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was still happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a car through Ajay again! Also very happy with the GX model itself! I love my new vehicle!
