Lexus of Chester Springs continues to deliver outstanding service. We’ve purchased three Lexus vehicles from them, and every experience has been consistently excellent. I went in yesterday for my 10,000‑mile service appointment and was very impressed—friendly staff, efficient process, and I was finished in about 90 minutes. They even washed my car before returning it to me. It’s rare to find a dealership that maintains this level of quality over the years, but they do. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Lexus.

Update: I would definitely not use the complimentary car wash. 2/2 times now they left deep scratches from drying it. When I told the attendant he said "It's a free car wash, you should go somewhere else like Lux." In addition, whoever polishes and buffs sold cars really laid into mine. The whole car looks like a hologram in the sun and needs $900 in paint correction which I am getting done at ACAP. Crazy for having the car a month. To summarize: Sales department 👍 Service department 👎
