Lexus of Kelowna rates 5 stars thanks to the people who work there. I purchased a used RX 350 last fall, which was in amazing condition. A bit of an issue arose over tire condition, and Garret - the General Sales Manager - deserves a shout out for going above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied! Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with - from sales to service - have been respectful and professional. Great dealership!!

I could go on about how great this dealership is to deal with but I'm going to keep it very brief. Simply great. We dealt with Rachel to sell us a lovely used RX350. A very slight issue with the brakes soon after and it was handled very promptly, respectfully, and professionally by the sales manager and the service department. We love our car… and then we get an email explaining the upgrades for 2026 and maybe we want to know the value of ours. Do it!!!! We went and we saw a different model 2 years old and fell in love. Everyone involved, salesman, sales manager and general manager made this happen for the best possible experience. We are so grateful we went, and now have an ultra luxury car we can grow older with!
