Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We were originally planning to purchase a new Lexus. Patrick kept me updated with the allocations and promptly told me when one of our options became available. When we arrived at the dealership, we saw another car on the lot and fell in love with it. Test drive and we were signing papers. No haggling back and forth. No pressure to sign anything unless we felt comfortable. No games in the Finance office. We were just treated like we we had bought our last 5 cars from them. Before we left, Patrick went over everything with us. Explaining every button, getting the settings just right, and making sure everything worked perfectly. There was even a smudge he had to get before he let us leave. This is exactly how you treat your customers when you want to make them a Raving Fan! Bravo to Patrick and the Team! 👏

We were able to look at the vehicles on the lot, welcomed to come and try out anything we asked for. Our experience was such that we felt so comfortable it didn’t feel like any other dealer! While I’ve never bought a car from this dealership I’ve been very impressed by their honesty and customer care. Especially living far away it’s an investment to drive long distances only to be surprised by fees and damage that wasn’t in the pictures. You don’t have to worry about this at Lexus of Kingsport.
