I had an exceptional experience purchasing my Lexus IS 500 Ultimate Edition from Lexus of Lakeway, even though I’m located in the DFW area. Despite the distance, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Ceslie was incredible to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. All of our back-and-forth communication was prompt, clear, and transparent, which made buying a vehicle remotely smooth and stress-free. She answered every question thoroughly and kept me informed every step of the way. Another huge plus: no markup. The car was sold at MSRP, which speaks volumes about the integrity of this dealership, especially in today’s IS500 market. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and genuinely a positive experience! I couldn’t be happier with my new IS 500 UE, and I would absolutely recommend Lexus of Lakeway to anyone—even if you’re buying from out of town. In addition to Ceslie, Hailey from the finance department was fantastic to work with. Again, never pushy and extremely helpful. We were in / out of the dealership in a little over an hour! I have never in my life been to a car dealership like this place. A true no pressure approach, accommodating beyond belief, and willingness and flexibility to work with customers. Justin Hudson is by far the greatest dealer representative I have ever met. (I am eating a peanut butter and banana mayonnaise sandwich for you right now bud). They met everyone of my wife's requests on the vehicle she wanted. And they worked with her on the price and got her in the car she's wanted for a long time. All done in about 2 hours. Start to finish. As a husband I can't thank you enough for the stress relief 😂 I'll never buy another car from anywhere else again in my life, promise you that. They are that good. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself. Shout out to Haley as well, sorry for eating all your werthers. 🤙🏼

Branden Mackie was excellent in my car buying experience. There was no pressure as he simply gave me the information I needed about cars available that I was interested in and let me process the information. When I was ready to purchase he was prepared and the process went fast. My paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership and all I had to do was read and sign. They were wonderful. We drove from San Antonio to Lakeway. Took just over 2 hours to get there. Ashley was amazing. Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. If I had any questions or concerns, Ashley was able to help me after the fact. Highly recommend!

After moving to the area, I was honestly nervous about trusting another dealership after a very disappointing experience elsewhere. From my very first interaction with Lexus of Lakeway, I knew this experience would be different. Joey was the first person I spoke with, and he immediately set the tone. He was upbeat, professional, and genuinely kind and even said a few jokes that made me laugh. Life happened, I got sick, and I had to reschedule my appointment. Joey never made me feel like an inconvenience. He worked with my schedule, showed patience and understanding, and even made sure a loaner vehicle would still be available for me. My service advisor, Allen, was just as impressive. He was friendly, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out is that this team was able to diagnose and resolve a USB issue that the previous dealership could not figure out. Not only did they identify the problem, but they fixed it correctly the first time. Every person I encountered made me feel welcomed, valued, and gave me the true Lexus experience I’ve come to expect. In a time where great customer service can be hard to find, this team absolutely delivered. They’ve earned my business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer care.
