Amir is a fantastic salesperson. He is patient and willing to gather any information needed to make an informed decision. The sales manager is equally respectable. They made the shopping experience as smooth as possible. I do wish they offered an overnight test drive like other dealerships do, but thats about the only criticism. Lexus in general, they advertise purchase and lease payments online that you likely wont get based on inventory. Don't get your hopes up looking up online advertising. Just go straight to the dealership. Not pleasant from a customer experience to set expectations. In the end, Lexus of Louisville put me in the car that met my needs at a price point that worked for me. Thank you!

I’ve purchased over 30 cars and this was by far the best experience. Everyone on the phones were so pleasant and helpful. The sales staff and finance team were all top notch. I called from out of state and had some questions that were answered quickly and professionally. I flew in the next day and was offered a ride from the airport. My car was sitting out front, ready to go, when I arrived. I was on the road back home in less than 30 minutes and couldn’t have been happier. Thanks everyone for a great experience!
