My wife and I went to Lexus of Nashville to look at the TX in person. While wondering around in the wrong place the finest gentleman, Bobby J, greeted us. He asked how he could help, gave us instructions how to let him know if we had questions and left us to look. Once we had questions we easily contacted Bobby and he took care of us with the most professionalism that I have seen in a long long time. Although we were not looking to buy that day, we saw a TX on the showroom floor that really caught our eyes. Bobby, put together the information on the price and value of our potential trade-in. He put the document in front of us and dismissed himself to allow my wife and I to discuss without a salesperson hovering over us. It was so refreshing and we were able to make a deal on my wife’s new, beautiful TX! On top of having the most professional, kind, courteous salesman, we were also impressed by all the folks we dealt with during our purchase. Mike S, the tech guy, went over all the features of the vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with the technology. I recently visited the Lexus dealership located in Metro Center and was greeted by Joseph, who clearly has a lot of experience—his wall of awards from Lexus made me feel like I was truly in great hands, and I was! I was looking for a specific Lexus model that the dealership didn’t have at the time. Joseph sat me down and took the time to ask about my price range, preferred color, year, make, and model. He was very attentive and professional throughout our conversation. After we chatted, he gave me his card and promised to start searching for the car I wanted. Not long after I got home, I received both a call and an email from Joseph—he found my car! I was so excited, I literally started shouting and praising God. The very next day, I went back to the dealership and purchased my vehicle. The entire staff, including the manager and the finance department (shoutout to the nice young lady who helped me with financing), were all fantastic to work with. Joseph was amazing, and the whole team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I will most definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle from Lexus of Nashville!

I love my RX 500h! This is my second purchase from Lexus of Nashville, and Cade and Romaine were both incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. After reading some older reviews, I can honestly say they do not reflect the current state of the service department. When I took my NX 350 in for service, I received top-notch care and excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Lexus of Nashville to anyone looking for a great car-buying and service experience.

On 6-15-2026, I purchased a Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Nashville. My experience with Bobby was awesome. I must say this has been my best car buying experience ever. Bobby answered all my questions and believe me there were many. I felt 100% satisfied every step of the way with the car purchase. Bobby is definitely professional, polite and honest. If I was Bobby's manager, I would reward him to continue to work at this dealership as long as he wants to work there. A good salesman is hard to find. You don't find guys like Bobby every day.
