My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lexus of Orange County. A huge shoutout to Kevin Paul and Kyle for their exceptional service, and to Guepy (gep-e) for his time helping me navigate some of the tech features. Everyone was incredibly patient, answered. all of my questions, and made my husband and I truly feel welcomed. The entire process felt smooth stress free and supportive-which can be rare these days. They truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the experience. My husband and I absolutely love my new Audi!! We decided to buy a SUV and made a deposit to reserve while waiting for it supposedly being delivered to the shop within a week or so. When returned home, however, we discovered the color was not what we were told. It wasn't like we misunderstood 'se there were only 2 different colors of car available and that was specifically hand-written on a paper for us to choose from. Besides we made sure what exactly the color of inside/exterior that comes with the car we chose by asking many questions at the dealer. When asking for verification of the issue over the phone, my husband told them not to cancel the creditcard deposit. But eventually we found it was canceled only 3 days later. I didn't expect they'd react so quick and didn't even have time to catch up with such a quick withdraw. I just wonder if that is how they handle mistakes, or lie, instead of treating customer in professional manners by offering some options? Or, they just don't care losing one who complains because they can always get another one who doesn't notice the discrepancy? We are talking about purchasing a $50,000++ car, for God sake! Lexus is a good car regardless which model. The dealer's quality of services makes different after all, doesn't it?!!!
