Lexus of Roseville

This is my 4th Lexus purchase, and my first from Lexus of Roseville. I am very impressed, as I expected to be. Sami is a fantastic salesperson to work with. He's honest, knowledgeable and candid, and helped guide me through the process of quantifying the value of key features of my car of choice relative to their cost, e.g., gas vs. hybrid, trim package options, etc. Even when I thought I knew what I wanted, after doing all of my massive amount of independent research (thank you, ChatGPT), I eventually arrived exactly where he'd started! In the end, he helped me get the 100% perfect car for me in terms of model, trim package, colors and even options. He even drove to Reno with me so I could register it out of state. Not only the extra mile, but 220 of them! I also want to call out AJ in Finance for his excellent service. He was warm and friendly, and explained all the charges well. He did not apply any high-pressure sales tactics to get me to buy coverages I don't need. Great job, AJ!

We had a great experience at Lexus of Roseville. Sammy helped us with the test drive and did an awesome job showing us the car. Later, Hank helped us get a great deal and made the whole paperwork process smooth and easy. He was very personable and really worked with us to meet our price expectations. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We even got a few thoughtful gifts at the end, which we really appreciated.

I wanted to new GX 550 and am so grateful that I met Scott Silverman to help me through the process. Since the vehicle is in high demand, it was not an easy feat! Scott walked me through the entire process and kept in close contact with me as these cars were being slowly sent to the dealerships and required decision making and deposits. Scott was patient with my many emails and worked with my work schedule to make things seamless. Highly recommended 10/10.!!
