5 ⭐️ Review – Saint John Lexus Today, May 15, 2026, I finally took delivery of my GX550 Overtrail—after placing a factory order back in October. Driving by the lot in my 2024 Land Cruiser First Edition, I spotted a GX550 in the Earth color. It immediately caught my eye. I called first thing Monday morning, excited—but unfortunately, it had already been sold. That call, however, is where I met Jared, the GSM. From the very first conversation, Jared was professional, transparent, and easy to deal with. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided a fair trade value—while clearly explaining that it could fluctuate depending on timing, as delivery could take anywhere from 4 to 12 months due to demand and limited availability in Canada. Throughout the process, we stayed in touch. When the allocation came in, I was contacted with an approximate arrival timeline. Seven months later—and with an extra 20,000 km on my Land Cruiser—we sat down again to review pricing. Jared made it clear he wanted my business, and that’s a rare and appreciated feeling in this industry. I felt respected, valued, and appreciated for my patience. There were some delays along the way, completely out of the dealer’s control. With road trips coming up, I explored other Toyota options like the Sequoia and 4Runner. Unfortunately, the follow-up just wasn’t there—one advisor never called back, and another replied 24 hours later. By then, the excitement was gone. I reached back out to Jared to discuss alternatives, and as luck would have it, the GX had just shipped and was arriving within days. Yesterday, I picked up my beautiful GX550 and said goodbye to my Land Cruiser First Edition—an incredible vehicle. I’m hopeful this Lexus will deliver the same reliability and driving experience. A big thank you to Ben for a thorough and professional delivery, and to Jared—your effort and genuine approach made all the difference. I drove several hundred kilometres expecting the dealership to be open based on regular posted hours and the lack of any visible holiday closure notice. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the dealership was closed. I understand holiday schedules can change, but there was no clear notice on Google, voicemail, or social media to flag the closure. Given the distance many customers travel in Atlantic Canada, clearer communication around holiday hours would be really helpful and would prevent unnecessary trips. Sharing this so others can plan accordingly.

Waited for 3 weeks for a simple mvi appointment and it was booked in for a 7:30 am appointment and they took almost the entire day to do nothing to my car and tild ne he will do his best and I wanted to file complaint the service advisor told me to go to Toyota when I was at Lexus....the place is empty of employee's too, how do you even operate a business this way or sell a car probably have call to Toyota at that point you should go to Toyota case way more people are there to help thats for sure cause this morning I was going to by a Lexus 5 hours later no thanks! Poor comucation, poor time management, poor customer service, results losing cxs bye 👋

An excellent dealership with very helpful,courteous,knowledgeable staff. My purchasing process with Jared and Chris was a professional and a most pleasurable experience. I've previously had great service at Saint John Toyota and Preferred Collision so I anticipated Lexus of Saint John would also be exceptionally good with the added plus of Lexus Luxury! I recently had a little issue with my NX 450h+ (of my own making) and called service at 2:00pm on a Friday afternoon,Joe got me into service right away and my problem was promptly resolved,thanks Joe!
