The BEST Lexus dealership to buy from. They’re worth the drive if you’re far and if you’re close and thinking about a new car, don’t buy until you drive a Lexus. Low pressure and efficient sales team, amazing leadership and soon to be a luxurious customer service area including a cafe and remote work desks while you wait!

I’m very hesitant to write this review, because I hope my salesman doesn’t get blamed, so first let me say, JOSH FOR FINANCE. He told me his goal was to get to finance one day so I wanted to leave it in the Google review. He did mention I will get a survey asking if I felt like a valued guest and that’s why I’m leaving a three star review here. The only time my wife and I felt like “valued guests” were working with him, the manager Jason who I met a few days prior, the finance manager Eric, and the technology guy Kevin. Prior to working with Josh I was not happy with the transparency I was receiving with the first salesperson I dealt with there so very glad Josh took over. I mentioned to Josh how important it was to get this deal done before Christmas. My biggest disappointment came after negotiating all day Wednesday and agreeing to a fair deal, I texted Josh I would be on the way and to get the bow ready as this was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. He assured me to come in that day and it would be smooth process, As soon as I send him the text to get the bow ready I got a call from a manager named Randy saying we’re closing so come back Friday so I would have more time and not feel rushed, but when I came back Friday instead of not being rushed we waited for hours, because after we got there we were told the car we agreed to buy, that was right outside, just sold to another dealership and then because I wanted to leave it was no longer sold. I know Josh’s hands were tied with the managers closing early and saying the car was not available then is, but I really wish we had a better experience. Overall we love our new Lexus and if anyone is looking to buy a car ask for Josh if they don’t put him in finance first.

Our experience with SARASOTA LEXUS team has truly been an absolute joy! We purchased our new 2026 Lexus RX350 AWD with salesman, LEO BRINETTI and the whole process was amazing! What an asset to the Lexus of Sarasota company! Professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, Leo made sure we felt that we were at the top as a valued customer. We have been a Lexus lease owner since 2000 except for two cars, Mercedes and BMW, which those ended due to poor service and high costly repairs. Prior to purchasing my husband insisted on test driving other similar luxury models for new updated differences in performance, technology, service and price. None held a candle to Lexus! Not only is the Lexus a great value as a luxury brand but has the top safety ratings! My up most requirement is TRUST in a vehicle driving alone a lot as a woman, sometimes at all hours and out of state. We can’t say enough of the two MOST IMPORTANT aspects of owning ANY car, SAFETY and RELIABILITY and that’s why we’ll always be a Lexus owner.
