Ordered a GX550 in mid-October and was able to pick it up in early February! Cesar Garcia was my sales associate, and he was fantastic at each step of the process. My car's delivery date was delayed multiple times (Lexus corporate shipping issues, sigh), but he was FANTASTIC at keeping me updated, constantly providing proactive updates. I was also especially impressed with the lack of pressure on the experience. Don't want to add extended warranties? No pressure, no high sales pitch. Just "ok" and move right along. Finally picked it up, and definitely worth the wait! The dealership is beautiful, and makes sure there's a big red bow. Fantastic experience all around. (Also the coffee shop inside the dealership is excellent!)

My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus from Wesley Chapel. Even though we went out of our way to travel to this location, we had heard from many others that it would be worth the drive. Our sales person was Mike Tadros, he was knowledgeable, professional, and there was never any sales pressure. We ordered our Lexus and he kept us posted on the progress. When we picked it up, Mike took time to explain and demonstrate all of the amazing features. When we progressed to the finance department, Anna Carolson was very engaging and professional.
