I recently bought a very clean used car from Darius at Lexus of Woodland Hills. The vehicle was immaculate for a 12 year old vehicle. The process was smooth and straightforward. Vehicle: 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class A 220 VIN: WDD3G4EB9KW005861 MILES WERE TOUCH TOO I HAD OVER 81k miles on the car they listed it with 70,580 highly illegal Please do not buy this car or deal with this dealership. I purchased this vehicle and waited over six months just to receive the title. Within the first week of ownership, the car had multiple mechanical problems -- I had to replace the water pump and motor mounts right away. After taking it to Mercedes-Benz of Van Nuys for a diagnostic, they found over $6,000 worth of additional issues. It was the worst car purchase I've ever made. The finance representative, Emilio Gonzalez, was also extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions about the car and the paperwork, he became irritated -- especially when I declined to add extra warranties. He even said that if I kept asking questions, he would "help another customer instead." To make things worse, they forced me to leave an additional $1,500 on top of my down payment just to take the car home the same day. Thankfully, Sogol Etminani and Arash Adel were very helpful during the buyback process, but it took a lot of effort and frustration to get to that point. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and this vehicle.
