Great Service at Santa Monica Lexus! It was a very comfortable visit, my car got fixed, I pickedup a new clean Suv in the mean time. Thanks to my advisor Neil Spanier, my car maintanence process was very timely, fast and easy. I would highly recommend working with them!

It’s always a pleasure taking my Lexus in for service - I can always trust Neil to give me the best service and price for what needs to be done. And, the other employees (at the drop off, the loaner desk and also Julian the appointment setter - I think that’s his name) are so friendly and hospitable. Loaner cat is a lifesaver.

Had a tire emergency while I was visiting West Los Angeles. Within the hour, I had driven to Santa Monica Lexus, talked to Ernest, the tire expert, met with Laurin, the service rep, and had a loaner car. They were able to accommodate my timing to get to an appointment the following day, and were very, very nice and helpful. I appreciated their responsiveness so much. They were even able to perform the recall on my car. Highly recommend them even if you have to drive a little ways.
