Lexus South Pointe

The sales person requested by e-mail to delete my ONE STAR review. This is what happened before we did the review; we went to Lexus South Pointe, for their Lunar Year celebration (good & fine), as well as, to shop and buy, if everything goes well. My wife & I, met the Sales Person that we bought our vehicle before. He gave us the numbers buying it outright or trading in the vehicle that we buy there before. My wife and I had a conversation to buy or not to buy. The disappointment about the so called "free oil change"from their sister company, "Mayfield Toyota" still gives us a bad taste. The first time that they had changed the oil for our vehicle, that we bought before, had challenges after the initial oil change, sound of the engine became rough. We believe that the oil that was used is bulk oil & the filter was not the proper kind, thus we have to change it (immediately) ourselves, with original Toyota Oil & Filter, (engine became smooth again) and never brought it back there for servicing. With this experience, we have decided not to buy the vehicle that we are going to buy.
