I decided to go with Lexus of Stevens Creek because I felt very comfortable, first visit I met Numer my salesman, his knowledge of all the vehicles and feature blew me away, first checked out the ES350, seemed a little low for my wife to get in and out of so I left, after visiting other brands of cars I decided to go with the NX350 called Numer and set up a test drive, after the drive I said this will work, I needed a car after my last one was stolen. Numer didn’t take long at all with the paperwork and I picked up the vehicle the next day. He took all the time needed to make sure I understood all the features, I did at the time but it’s a lot to soak in, I can highly recommend Lexus of Stevens Creek as all the people I met and dealt with theire are highly trained professionals! First time I actually enjoyed buying a car. Yesenia Lopez and Carlos Toscano were very helpful, they took time to find what actually I wanted and kept always in communication. The purchase was without pressure and no push on buying X or Y thing. They worked on what I actually wanted and needed.
