Fantastic experience! Freddy is absolutely a treasure at the service department. Communication was great. Even if you aren't buying a new vehicle and just need a place for quality sercive, this is the place for you. Had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the GM, also a fantastic person. Overall it's been a posive experience.

I brought it to my service writer Freddy's attention what was going on and with my hectic work schedule he was able to accommodate me. As soon as I had an issue with my truck he was also able to accommodate me with all of the information I needed on who to contact what to tell them what to expect and he was so true to his word my vehicle was ready the next day no questions asked never having to call to see if in fact it was going to be longer or I needed to find a new ride somewhere and I am grateful for that. The service team itself seems to be wonderful but Freddy makes sure that he always goes above and beyond to help me in every in any way that he is able to.

I recently bought a new ram 1500 from them. They have an excellent selection in stock. I was able to pick out one that was exactly what I wanted. I was able to test drive the truck shortly before closing. We then were able to do everything over the phone. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive it home! Everyone I encountered at the dealership was pleasant to work with. The salesman even came in on his day off to finish the sale - thanks Gerry!

Rhonda in service is amazing. I work in an appliance repair service and know how had being in customer service can be, especially when you are booking out but she educated me and assisted with all my questions. I had called with an issue on my husband's Jeep. We didn't buy it here but she helped me in getting the repair set up through them. Rhonda was kind, informative and an excellent communicator. I look forward to doing the repair work with them as soon as they are able to get the part and schedule us.
