This dealership is simply top-notch. I purchased a new Sante Fe Hybrid from Lia Hartford in Feburary. I spent several years looking at many different makes and models before landing on the Santa Fe. It came down between the Santa Fe and the BMW X5. What anamazing vehicle. The level of engineering and quality are over-the-top. The sales staff and the finance manager were all great with little to no pressure. Were this dealership moved into the "exceptional" category was when there was an issue with the finish on the car. To avoid a long backstory, the issue was related to the overall appearance of the finish. As soon as they saw the vehicle in person, the all felt that this was an issue. It wasn't defective, just that the finish was different than it should have been. Without a hesitation, they said, "Well, let's get you into another (new) car." Now this is one of those areas where a dealer could have easily pushed back and tried to avoid having to address the issue - or dragged out a resolution. Not Lia of Hartford. While they did offer a new replacement vehicle, they also laid out a number of other options (e.g. repainting the vehicle, etc.), but left the choice to me. Not only did they swap cars, but they also handled all the other usual expenses that some with a car sale, so I was not out-of-pocket any funds. If you are looking to purchase a new (or used) Hyundai, I would urge you to visit Lia of Hartford first. I have no doubt that they will do their best to get you into the car you want without pressure or hassle.

Our sales person Quran Beckett was fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk us through all the different lease options on the 2026 Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy. When we picked up our new Palisade he showed us different features the car had and explained everything to us. We highly recommended Quran Beckett and definitely recommend him.

I came to lia hyundai of hartford in need of a new car. My initial phone call before going was with sales rep Jacob. He was great to speak with. I went in and met with him. We reviewed different options of what I was looking for. He was very professional and not pushy which was comforting. His sincerity and genuine personality is really what made me comfortable purchasing my new Santa Cruz. Being in sales myself I respected how he zeroed in on what I was looking for and not trying to sell me something that was olabove what I was budgeting. In purchasing the vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting with JD the sales manager. He assisted in getting exactly what I was looking for as far as features go for the budget I was trying to stay within. Unfortunately after purchasing the car something I was told I would have added to my truck was not feasable. Fortunately JD is a stand up guy and a man of his word which you don't find frequently anymore. He brought in the service manager Gavin who worked tirelessly to find an option that would accommodate my original purchase. These three men make a great team and really uphold what I think is a reputation that Lia as well as hyundai should be proud of.
