Decided it was time for a new truck and wanted a Toyota. Went to Lia in Northampton and met Thomas Brennan. Found a Tacoma I liked. Had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years. I spent 11 hours today visiting dealerships all across Massachusetts and can confidently say that this place now has my loyalty due to the welcoming and good natured people who work here. I can highly recommend Wendy who is a knowledgeable and earnest agent. I really got the sense that she wanted the best for me, and would not sell me a car I couldn't trust. She helped me perform all the tests I needed to, and helped me to ultimately secure the vehicle as my first car purchase. I can also highly recommend the woman in charge of finances. She made the whole transaction transparent. They both stayed late afterwork to complete the process with me since I live far away. Overall what stands out to me is how human this dealership is. There was an artist painting window murals and it struck me as a queer friendly dealership with a diverse staff. It reminds me of what Pleasant Valley Cars was to us Northampton'ers.
