My purchasing experience at Liberty was excellent! The salesman, Abbian (Abe) Kaniecki made me feel like a priority. He found me wandering the parking lot and made himself available to answer questions. He was not pushy but he was persuasive. In a good way. My dealings with the finance department also went very well. I ended up with the vehicle I wanted! Thank you, Liberty Chrysler, Jeep, and Fiat.

Very smooth experience with all the staff at Liberty Jeep starting with my initial contact with Toby Madsen, test drive with Danny, then day of purchase with Ty Brown who thoroughly explained my options for my new Sahara, and Will who walked me through the closing process. Ty took the time to program my phone into my Sahara and I was on my way. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Liberty. Their professional service keeps me coming back.

Traveling through the Black Hills recently and had issues with our Jeep. The service department was excellent. Chris took great care of us. Her customer service, communication and follow up was top notch. We appreciated the service technician, Mike. He made a proper diagnosis then followed up with a video text to explain everything. The next day we received a phone call from Lauren to make sure all was going well for us. We highly recommend the Liberty Jeep service department in Rapid City, SD.
