I dont know where to begin. Walked in for a test drive absolutely was not looking to buy today. Then Justin happened. The precise care and patience was unmatched. I felt like family. Justin connected on a personal level and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Professionalism and perseverance led me to the truck of my dreams. He went above and beyond to get me driving today and I couldn't be more happy. Shoutout Justin and the liberty ford team for helping me achieve a milestone in my life. Awesome. Great experience yesterday as I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat. The Salesman, Eric K was knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I’m pleased with my new purchase and appreciative of the Liberty Ford staff.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. My 17-year-old son brought his F-150 in because the screen stopped working. This is the screen that controls the backup camera, navigation, and several other features. After keeping the truck for nearly three hours, the technicians told us they believed the issue was a part that would cost around $800 plus $187 per hour for labor, bringing the total estimate to well over $1,000. What was even more concerning was the service advisor telling my son, “We’re not even sure this will fix it.” That’s not exactly reassuring when you’re being asked to approve a four-figure repair. We decided to hold off on the repair and live without the screen for a while. Ironically, my son attends the Medina Career Center (Auto Tech) and later used Ford’s own technical program resources to investigate the issue himself. He discovered the real problem was a $6 fuse. He replaced it, and everything worked immediately. He is 17 years old. This raises some serious questions. How did trained technicians miss something as basic as a fuse but feel comfortable recommending a repair exceeding $1,000? To make matters worse, I left two messages for the Service Manager asking for a call back to discuss what happened. I never received a response. At minimum, customers deserve the courtesy of a return phone call. For context, I work at a dealership myself (in RV service). I understand how service departments operate and that diagnostics are part of the process. But recommending an expensive repair without identifying a basic issue like a fuse suggests there may be a serious gap in the diagnostic process. If someone had simply returned my call, this could have been a constructive conversation about best practices. Instead, the silence speaks volumes. For reference, the repair order was RO #33740. My contact information is already attached to that file. Customers deserve accurate diagnostics and basic follow-up from management. Unfortunately, neither happened here.
