I Purchased a 2014 Mercedes From Liberty Motors just a couple months ago. They accommodated me with an appointment on a saturday because that was the only day that would work for me and I drove from New York to Manchester CT to go see this car. The owner was there waiting for me, walked me around the car and told me the details about the car and then let me test drive the vehicle. I enjoyed it and I purchased it right there. Very accommodating. They stayed a little after opening hours and did all the paperwork for me including paper plates so I can drive the car legally back to NY. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Very honest people, great family. I highly recommend them.

The owner Abbas of this facility is unprofessional. Don’t ever buy a car from this place, I’m not sure about their other services. I went their to conduct fair business and went to purchase a car that was overpriced at $8,000 as it had a lot of cosmetic damage and he counteroffered with $7,500 “As Is” with a cracked windshield. I asked for 3 month warranty and replied that he’s be unwilling to do so based on my discount he was providing. After careful thought I still almost purchased from him. However, I came back and said I was willing to pay full price however he needed to take care of their windshield and “service” the car which is a simple oil change and ensuring the car was clean before leaving the lot. This because a huge issue for him as he started yelling at me and trying to pressure me to make a hastily decision. I decided to walk away from the deal and begin taking photos of his shop. At which he became more disgruntled and started following me and recording me around his shop. Professionals and businessmen beware and stay far from this place.

I can’t thank Luis and the team at Liberty Motors enough! When everyone else told me “no,” they were the ones who stepped up and made it happen. Luis went above and beyond to help me get into a car when I thought I had no options left. The process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I first came across this place when I found a car I loved online. After arriving and taking a good look at the car I feel in love with it even more. It was the 2013 Subaru Legacy. At first glance the tires were noticeable bad, but the guy was able to fix all four tires in with the price of the car. So far no problems have appeared. The guy there helped out a lot answering all my questions. We were even able to negotiate on a price. I would definitely recommend this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.

Sold my mother a car with drivetrain issue and a faulty fuel gauge which were not discolsed on the day of sale, but became apparent a few weeks later, now he refuses to fix it. The car is sitting in her driveway disabled. She couldn't even drive it to the airport when my grandfather died. DMV complaint filed. Stay away from this dealership, the owner is a crook.
