I had an excellent experience buying my new car. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the entire process. My sales rep, Damian, took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. The whole buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with my new car and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

On 1/20/26, I purchased a car from Libertyville Chevrolet. My sale rep. Cruz Romero was extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with as was the manager, Yunior. We had good negotiations, and I got a great deal. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking out this location and give Cruz the opportunity to get you a great deal!

I’ve had the delightful experience of buying a car here at Libertyville Chevrolet and it needs to be shared with the WORLD! Not only has this been the smoothest time I’ve had buying a car, but the car salesman, Nick, was positive, attentive, convincing, and knowledgeable on all things cars. I personally have bad experiences dealing with cars and this experience completely changed it for me. After going here, I will NEVER go anywhere else for it will not live up to the standard Libertyville Chevrolet set. Don’t believe me? The proof is in the pictures attached :)

I had an excellent experience at this dealership today. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Natalia and Roberto were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with genuine kindness, but they absolutely delivered. I highly recommend this dealership and especially appreciate Natalia and Roberto for making my visit such a positive experience.

On June 3rd, 2025, we dropped our truck off due to an oil leak. Found out it was due to a rear main seal leak/failure. Thankfully the car was under the limited power train warranty of 60k miles, and it was at 55,604 miles at time of drop off. Naturally, the truck was leaking oil constantly causing the oil light to come on. We perform the oil changes ourselves and document pictures of receipts, supply's, and mileage in the car care app for our records. Last oil change was at 52,872 miles. The dealership attempted to charge us $144 for the oil change & filter replacement. However, we spoke to the Assistant Manager & our assigned Service Advisor, Arthur Zvagelski, as this should be covered by the dealership due to the manufacturer defect covered by the warranty the caused the oil leak in the first place. Arthur went in the back office and, when he came back out, he stated that "something doesn't add up" as if accusing us of lying and being deceptive. I told him I could provide proof, but instead said his technician observed the oil being "dark" in color and that I should still pay for the oil filter, despite the rear main seal, causing the vehicle to leak oil in the first place. Make it make sense.. Regardless of the fact that I could provide proof of my oil changes, Arthur failed to redact his statement "that something doesn't add up" and brushed us off when I said I could provide proof and that he didn't see where this conversation was heading. Instead of showing sincerity for his statement, he walked away and just took the full $144 off the bill. My fiancé and I found this very unprofessional, and we felt the dealership was trying to charge us for whatever they could because they couldn't charge us for the rear main seal repair cover under warranty. Of course, the dealership issued us a list of 9 other recommended services adding up to $2,403.57 as if they were trying to recoup their money. While the vehicle was here, we also had a tire rotation and one of our tires patched (in which they attempted to double charge us for the tire repair, but we declined to pay that additional $47.66). To date, this has been our third time at this dealership (because of the warranty), however, this will be our last visit for any sort of other service due to this unprofessional behavior.
