Be very careful purchasing a vehicle here . They will complely rip you off and lie. They will sell you a vehicle with dry rot tires and tell you it's no big deal.. they knew I had children too which makes them horrible. They lie about fixing things saying they will work but don't. They won't tell you if the vehicle was in an accident you have to find that out at a real Lincoln dealership.. I would've never bought a vehicle that cost this much after an accident this was absolutely horrible just horrible and they new that!!!!! They don't know anything about newer Lincoln.. I wanted a entertainment system for the kids which they told me was working.. it can't work since Lincoln discontinued their entertainment service in 2023 it was a complete waste of money.. now I'm stuck with screens that do nothing.. I couldn't be more upset especially after spending months taking to then about all this. I trusted them after going there for years and I was completely ripped off.. now I'm stuck with an overpriced vehicle with nonstop issues and no working screens. As soon as I realized this I wanted to return it . If course they says no. My next step is reporting them.. Do not buy here!!!!!!!! They will do my this to a long time customer I can't imagine what they are doing to other people. I trusted them for many years.

Regarding their UHaul services... the owner is excellent. Helped get the trailer loaded up on a blisteringly hot day.

I had the steering rack replaced and an alignment done here on my pickup, normally I preform my own repairs as I am a Master Auto Mechanic with 30 years experience, Surgery forced me to trust a shop. The job was done correctly and priced better than the other shops that I had called. In my 30 years of working in dealerships and shops I have only seen a crew this good a couple times in my life, I will return for service and to give the body shop a try !
