Lincoln of Melbourne

My recent experience of buying a used Aviator at Lincoln of Melbourne was completely unexpected. I was treated like royalty! The salesman Mick was extremely familiar with all the Lincoln products. He literally spent at least 12 hours exclusively with me over the course of 3 days. I was also satisfied with the offer on my trade. I also got an incredible extended warranty that includes all maintenance for 7 years!! I will buy my next Lincoln here!

Great experience! I stopped up to look at what some options Lincoln had that would work for my wife. Our sales associate was Kasey B. After assessing my wife’s needs Kasey made some suggestions that might be of interest. She knew her inventory and what bells and whistles came with each trim levels. Kasey’s knowledge of the onboard technology was first rate. This gave my wife a high level of comfort We ended up buying a 2023 Corsair just of lease with 3,400 miles on it. Great price, as I started off great experience. Kasey is a winner and because of her professional approach we ended up purchasing. Now if they can find one that matches my criteria they might have another sale.

I brought my vehicle in to address three manufacturer recalls. I was told the necessary part was available, yet when I picked up the car, none of the recall work had been completed because the part was not actually in stock. This was not communicated to us until after the visit. During the appointment, I was also told that my battery needed to be replaced. I went directly to Interstate Battery, where the battery was tested and confirmed to be in perfect condition. The technician there stated that the recommendation I received was incorrect. In addition, I was presented with an estimate for over $3,000 in repairs. Rather than focusing on the recall items that prompted my visit, the experience felt more like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. Note they did not say all of the items were essential right now. I was told by the technician that since they did not have my service records they items should be replaced. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I have owned or leased approximately 14 Lincolns over the years and did not expect this level of miscommunication or treatment as a long-time customer. Note I did not purchase my Lincoln from this dealership and only took in for service.

Jose was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made the process simple and was able to answer any questions I had. Huck in finance was great as well. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience!

Jose was very attentive to the options I was seeking, found the right vehicle and took the time to thoroughly explain all the features. The finance person, Josh, was also very thoughtful when determining the right options at closing. You see all the posts on social media to buy cars online and I have to admit, I prefer an in-person experience with open dialogue to understand more about the vehicle and the services provided. Vehicles are an important purchase and Lincoln of Melbourne was stellar to work with.
