SOME TIMES IT'S ABOUT THE SMALL THINGS. I drive an older Lincoln mkx. I went in to see Lincoln of Troy's service department about a blown fuse in my Lincoln that stopped couple of things from functioning right, I was served by ANDREW ENDLICH. This gentleman works for one of the biggest Lincoln dealerships in Michigan and after going to 3 different repair facilities none of them had the time for me but Andrew did. As a Tracheostomy patient I need my car to work with no problems and Andrew saw that and took the time to change the fuse and I'm greatful that he didn't turn me down...now that's all American. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Lincoln Nautilus at Lincoln of Troy. Dave Sicheneder was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us. His communication was always prompt, and he made the experience feel easy and stress-free. One of our biggest needs was having a bike hitch installed for our e-bikes. The dealership’s original option was much more expensive, geared for pulling larger cargo, and really more than we needed for our e-bikes. Since the hybrid Nautilus made the hitch installation a little more complicated. Dave took it upon himself to bring the vehicle to U-Haul, make sure a more affordable hitch would fit properly, and have it installed before we finalized the purchase. We really appreciated the extra effort and care he showed. That kind of personal service means a lot, and it’s not something you find everywhere.

Levi Pesci was an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Levi took the time to work with us and to explain the technology involved with the Lincoln Nautilus. All paperwork was addressed without problems, which is greatly appreciated, since we drove from Youngstown, OH to Troy, Michigan! There were no surprises and the finance manager, Kelly, made the transition smooth and simple. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had a great experience with Levi as my sales associate at Lincoln of Troy. As an out of state purchaser, it can be complicated and a little scary to buy a car several states away. Levi was so very patient and helpful through this process. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase the vehicle, but that did not change Levi’s attitude toward me at all. He was still kind and caring and double checked with me before releasing the vehicle as available for sale again. I find him trustworthy and highly recommend him!
