What started as a great car-buying experience has unfortunately turned into a nightmare. During the test drive on 11-15-2025, we noticed the vehicle had a hard shift between third and fourth gear. We were assured by the dealership. and it was noted that this issue would be fixed quickly and that the part would be ordered right away. However, we have now been waiting 39 days since the vehicle was left at the dealership for this repair to be completed- and we've already made our first car payment without having the car in our possession. The sales team Luis Lopez was wonderful, Lacee Antosh in Finance was also wonderful. They made the buying process smooth. The follow-through from the service department has been extremely disappointing. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told it had been through Linwood's rigorous 125-point pre-owned vehicle inspection, which is advertised as a key part of their certified pre-owned process- including mechanical and appearance standards meant to ensure a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience suggests that inspection either did not catch a known drivability issue or that promised repairs were not handled according to their own policy. We trusted Linwood to stand by their word and take care of the issue promptly, but the lack of communication and ongoing delay has turned what started as a positive experience into a very frustrating one. I will update this review once the vehicle is returned to us and if the repair has been completed correctly. After all, I would want to buy from a dealership that held the highest standards for its service department as well as its sales and finance departments.

I dropped my car off to have recalls replaced on my car. My insurance company suggested the closest location which would be Linwood Motors. A gentleman greeted me politely. Gave him my keys and and he said they would give me a call. The timing was decent to pick up my car. My car was parked next to the building. When I got out of my sister's SUV I noticed a long white scratch mark as if something swiped up against it. Then I noticed up under the break pedal they didn't even put a piece of my car back together. Looks as if it belongs to a fuse box. I was told they don't get paid for doing recalls. But that's not my fault. I guess management doesn't inspect the service once it's done. Unprofessional.

We bought a car here a few weeks ago and I love my new car. Our salesman was Luis and he has only been in sales for a year, but his professionalism made him seem more experienced. He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. If he didn’t know the answer, he was very efficient in getting back to us with this right answer. He didn’t try to sell us a piece of junk and he definitely didn’t pressure us into purchasing something we didn’t want. He was a very kind person to us and if we have to purchase another vehicle in the future, we want him to help us. We need more people like Luis in car sales. Please give this man a raise.

My husband and I have bought two vehicles from here in the past 6 months. We live over an hour away but they are more than worth the drive! All around great people. Very knowledgeable and customer service is top of the line. They go above and beyond for you. We will continue to use them for any vehicle purchases in the future!
