I came in for my scheduled service visit. Since I was 40 miles short, they didn’t do the oil change. They didn’t put on the sticker for my next visit either. But they are keen to get your money for changing the cabin filter, the air filter—but they aren’t focused on what they should be focused on. It’s a terrible customer service. There’s no one in the booth; no one to listen to your complaints. Honestly, this is the worst dealer I’ve ever visited. I’m extremely upset, and I can’t wait to hand my car in so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
