If i could give more starts i would. I looked at vehicles for over a month and decided on a Trailblazer. When i reached out to them i got treated very nicely. He listed to me completely. Didn’t try to up or down sale me. When i arrived they had the vehicle i was interested in front and center. Nice touch in my opinion. After all that they sat and worked everything out and even helped me get my insurance. So honestly great experience for me and also as a first time new car buyer. My advice is go with the vehicle you want and hopefully it Lithia Chey in Redding because they were great the whole way through. They also drove my car up to me the next day and i live a hour and a half away. Thanks again to the staff and a BIG special thanks to Dalton Pillsbury for all the help and time. Had the most pleasant experience here. They found me the PERFECT car and made the whole process surprisingly smooth and painless (which feels illegal for a dealership experience) Big thanks to Geno for that. Super knowledgeable, professional, funny, and somehow managed to make car shopping actually enjoyable. Definitely ask for him if you’re looking around! I would highly recommend lithia Chevrolet, as well as a huge thank you to Caleb Correa our salesman . Told them what I was looking for and they immediately started bringing me keys to check out cars. Found the one I liked sat down and they got me a great price! Absolutely will be going back when it’s time to get a new truck! Great people over there, don’t waste your time at other dealerships go get it done right the first time!
