Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Helena

We had a very good crew. Scott the salesman knew his product and his manager was fair and respectful. I thought the money guy was very buttoned up. I was introduced to the service staff same conclusion. Seem very adept at there job. Good team to work with.

I had to to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Nothing serious, just basic maintenance. Everything from scheduling the appointment on the phone, being greated when I walked in. Sitting in the lobby, getting a service video of how my Mojave was doing, both over all well being to fluid life. The mechanic took great care of me and my Mojave. The head mechanic took the time out of his busy day to talk to me about questions I had about my Mojave and what to look out for when off-roading with chains in the winter. I know simple stuff but im new to off-roading.

Update: bought my first vehicle from Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Helena. I had a wonderful experience. Laini (sales) did an awesome job getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Assist to Braeden (sales). Honorable mention for Scott (sales), Kayla (sales) and Larry (finance). Everyone made my visit a great buying experience. The whole crew rallied and helped transfer my camper shell and decked system from my trade, to my new pickup! I'm very grateful. Well after 3 phone calls, 2 messages over 3 days, nobody responded. I went here to have my oil changed.. which they did. After stopping for gas on my way home I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my vehicle, so when I got home I crawled under to take a look. Part of my skid plate was hanging down missing 2 of the 4 fasteners. Ok not a huge deal I was just going to put in some more fasteners but while I was under there I noticed the two front bolts holding the main skid plate on have been broken off. Lithium has been the only company to change the oil in this rig since it was brand new. Ok stuff happens I understand that but not to be notified is not right. I have serious problems with this issue, and after reviewing the cut and paste responses to the other issues reported for Lithia Helena I am not expecting them to care.

Had an absolute awesome experience with Lithia Dodge in Helena. Worked with Duane and he was great. He had no pressure attitude and it was a pleasure to work with him. I love my new Ram an look forward to many years with it!
