Provided a good fair trade-in value on our trade-in vehicle and, after I told the sales rep that I was not interested in any extras such as an extended warranty or gap etc, I experienced zero high-pressure sales once we were in the finance department. I was probably in the finance office 10 minutes or less. Smooth, friendly service all around. Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a used F350 diesel dually to use to pull our 32' 5th wheel. We found one we liked online at Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls (about 1.5 hours from us). We contacted them for additional photos and Christy sent about 12 via email so we could decide if it was worth a drive to look at the truck. We made the drive and met with Justin (Christy wasn't available) who answered our questions and took us for a test drive. We liked the truck and negotiated a price that worked for us both. Justin offered to have their service dept. detail the truck since it needed a good cleaning inside and out (they recently purchased the truck and hadn't cleaned it up yet). When we picked up the truck a few days later we were very happy with how it looked. It cleaned up so nice! Justin and Christy both were great to work with. There was no sales pressure and they were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a vehicle. Just good, old fashioned service and great people.
