I originally came in looking for a different vehicle, but when that didn’t work out, Vinny took the time to recommend another option—and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with his suggestion. He really listened and made sure I found something that fit my needs. What stood out the most was how thorough and genuine he was throughout the entire process. After the purchase, he walked me through everything, made sure all the features and promises were included, and took the time to explain how to use the vehicle so I felt comfortable and confident driving it. He even followed up after the sale, which shows he truly cares about his customers. On top of that, he went the extra mile with a few thoughtful extras, which I really appreciated. Overall great experience! Brenda Meraz made the possibility a reality. She was very helpful in getting us into our ideal car with a great price. We appreciated her patience while we worked out a few kinks with my husbands credit. Very professional and attentive to our needs. Good communication while we waited for the delivery of our car. And was way better than me on explaining the safety features of the car to my husband in Spanish.

Lithia Hyundai of Odessa has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The service department is completely unresponsive—no one answers the phones, no one returns calls, and customer service is basically nonexistent. My vehicle has been there since January 19th, and in all that time I have spoken to one single person on the phone. That’s it. They charge you for everything, and even when you have an active warranty, they do everything possible to claim the issue “doesn’t meet warranty specifications” so they can push you into paying out of pocket. I bought my vehicle used, had it for only two months, and it was still under warranty—but somehow I can’t get anything fixed through this dealership. The only way I’ve been able to get any response at all was by going directly to corporate, because clearly no one at this location cares about the customer once the sale is done. There is zero communication, zero accountability, and zero urgency. I would never recommend Lithia Hyundai of Odessa for anything service-related. If you value your time, money, or sanity, take your vehicle anywhere else.
