I got my truck inspected here and it is the easiest 5 star review ever! The lady answering the phone/at the desk(I didn't catch her name) but she was AMAZING! It was my first time going to this auto shop and she so kind and explained everything throughly and efficiently! The inspection was done in the exact time that she said! And I got a text when it was almost done so I could head back and pick it up right on time! Also the hospitality lounge was clean and the perfect place for me and my child to wait for our truck to be inspected! They even had a little kids table and chairs! Thank you guys!

Hello and thank you for allowing me to share my review. This review is specifically for Greenbrier Auto Care. A few weeks ago I made an appointment to get my CVT Transmission Fluid Changed in my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Which also came with an inspection. After the completion of the appt. They gave me the vehicle back and stated that outside of the cameras the vehicle was fine. I made another appointment because my car wouldn’t start. This was probably 3 weeks after. They called me back 2 weeks later and told me they were short staffed and wouldn’t to my car when they could. The next conversation was they couldn’t check it because I had an accident 2yrs ago and the bumper was in the way of there inspection and I could come pick up my car. But my bumper didn’t stop the transmission fluid change. So a month later I took it to someone who was able to fix it. The end. The front desk host were wonderful.

I have had nothing but a good experience here at Little Joes Mitsubishi. 💕 Austin Davis is definitely a superb car salesman. He was very hardworking and patient when it came to all the paperwork and made it very easy for me to understand. The process was very straightforward and I ended up leaving as a happy customer. 💕 If you want to buy a car, go to Austin! 🙏 For the service center of Little Joes Mitsubishi, I give a shout out to Mike! He’s always the first one I see when I walk in and he’s always the one who helps me with my car services. I always dread taking my car in for inspection being a female. The technician was honest, polite, knowledgeable, very informative. He didn't try to get me to replace my wipers ( not even a month old so knew they would pass) or try to "up sale me" what I didn't need just because I'm a female like other places have done. The customer area was clean, safe and has comfortable chairs for waiting. I was in and out in a timely manner.
