I had an outstanding experience at the dealership on April 6, 2026, when I came in to trade my 2018 Honda CR-V for a Ford Bronco Sport. Throughout the entire process, Landon never left our side. His level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for our needs was truly remarkable. We had such a great experience purchasing our Ford Bronco Raptor! After not-so-great experiences in the past, this was honestly refreshing. Our salesperson, Rafi, was amazing to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was that he stayed after closing to walk us through all the features and “bells and whistles” of the car. That level of service meant a lot to us. The finance manager (who we’ve affectionately nicknamed “the short finance guy” 😄) was also fantastic. This was the fastest car-buying experience we’ve ever had, and he took the time to clearly explain all of our financing options so we felt confident in our decision. The managers on the floor were just as kind and worked with us to get an amazing deal. Overall, we’re so happy with our new car and, more importantly, with how we were treated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend working with this team—ESPECIALLY Rafi!

Alex morris did a great job in helping me purchase my truck. No pressure just gave me all the details, listened and was the main reason why I purchased the truck. I never respond well to pushy sales. So happy to have a good car buying experience.

Thanks Alex who sold my husband his Ford Lightening Truck. He is super sweet guy with an infectious laugh. It's always nice when the salesman is super sincere and very respectful. He is from Europe so it was delightful speaking to him. It was the fastest sale. We got a good deal (go now to get yours) and he gave us a nice present. So ask for Alex and your wont be disappointed. Jim at Livermore Ford service did a very nice job of getting the F-450 engine in my RV running correctly. He communicated well as the job took a couple of days. He suggested some additional services which was good and I accepted some of them. Pricing was somewhat high but to get Ford trained people and diagnostics is expensive. I will return to Livermore Ford.
