Berry went above and beyond to make sure everything was transparent, from pricing to financing, and I truly appreciated how efficient and organized the experience was. The vehicle was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire purchase. I’m literally in love with my Crosstrek which is my first Subaru and I realized what I had missed. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Our sales rep Shamika was very transparent and knew exactly how to give a great customer experience and always had a smile. Coming from someone who HATES car dealerships. This one was different. There was no hidden costs or sudden number increases in the final steps of the sale. which we appreciated because that happened elsewhere. Everything was written and explained to us with ease. We went to buy a Subaru ascent at the Livermore Subaru dealership. Shamika Frazier received us at the parking lot and walked us to their workstation. Shamika Frazier explained all the options available after hearing our preferences. Shamika listed all the features available in Ascent Touring model. We had a good test drive on the model car. Shamika gave a lot of importance about our choice of color for the car. We appreciate the efforts put in by Shamika to make our Subaru experience a pleasant one.
