Lloydminster Toyota

When I brought my vehicle (toyota sienna) in for the recall service, the interior and seat covers were in excellent condition. However, after the repair was completed and I took possession of the vehicle, I noticed that the rear seat cover had been damaged. This damage was not present before the service appointment and appears to have occurred during the recall repair process. Upon inspecting my vehicle after the repair, I observed what appears to be a drilled hole in the seat back cover area that was used to install a cable tie. This modification and the resulting damage are unacceptable and were not disclosed to me when I picked up the vehicle. My vehicle was brought in solely for the recall repair, and I expected it to be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The damage to the rear seat cover and the apparent drilling performed during the repair process have significantly affected the appearance and condition of my vehicle. As a vehicle owner, I am disappointed that additional damage was caused while addressing the recall issue.

I've owned my current Toyota for 5 years! The service department and detailing are both top notch! Neil in service is always kind and funny- even when its busy! Sam in detailing is also one of the most kind, hardworking and respectful people to deal with. Even with some issues, both areas address them promptly and professionally. Two thumbs up from me for the dealership!

Brought my Tundra for a full detail. Boy, was I impressed! I spoke to Brydan and Sam and they were very helpful when explaining all the different packages to me. My truck left the shop looking brand new! Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been a Toyota customer for nearly 3 years and I have never had a problem. But today on my way to Lloydminister, I had some tire issues and called this Toyota asking them if they could make time to take a look at my tire and possibly fix or replace it. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and told me “we’re closing soon and wont be able to help you, go to an auto-body shop” and then ended the call before I could ask more. I ended up being able to get into Canadian Tire even though they were also almost closed but at least they made the time for the customer and kept their doors open for me to be able to get a new tire. The customer should always be first no matter if your closing.
