Lodi Toyota

A few weeks ago we were in a rush trying to get a car, so we called Lodi Toyota and ended up talking to Satnam. We had been texting for about two weeks about a 4Runner I wanted, but the price was still too high so we ended up looking elsewhere and even got approved for one out of state. After waiting about two weeks for it to ship, we couldn’t wait anymore and decided to go back to Lodi Toyota. We didn’t ask for Satnam when we got there, which was on us, and ended up working with Tony instead. We test drove a 2025 4Runner TRD Off Road Hybrid, and when I asked about the empty slot in the dash, Tony told me the JBL portable speaker had been taken out so it wouldn’t get stolen during test drives. We came back the next day after Satnam got us close enough to the deal we wanted, and we bought the 4Runner. But right after leaving, I realized the portable speaker was not in the vehicle. Later I was told there was no speaker. Tony even called the previous owner since he knew him, but it still couldn’t be found. I was hoping the dealership would either replace it or offer a small credit since it was on the window sticker and I was told it had only been removed for safekeeping, but I was told I already got a good deal so there was no credit to give. I’m happy with the 4Runner itself, but the lack of follow through after the sale left me pretty disappointed. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. Update: After some follow up, Satnam helped get everything sorted out and I was able to pick up the speaker. Glad it got resolved in the end.
