Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

This is going to be a slightly long post but I do have alot to say :) Last September 2025 I finally got my driver's license and was on the hunt for a decent first vehicle. I really didn't need anything fancy however; it did need to be reliable and good on gas. I shopped around to many dealerships (Rally Subaru, Sherwood Hyundai, Windermere Chrysler and Londonderry Dodge) out of all of these dealerships Rally and Londonderry were the best. I would stay away from Sherwood Park Hyundai and Windermere Chrysler due to extremely pushy sales people. I met with Justin Duncan and Chris Puzey to look into my options because of my financial situation. We sat down amd crunched numbers for a while. I explained my budget and they were able to get me a 2025 Nissan Versa. They were extremely patient, answered all my endless questions and were very transparent. I bought my car in November of 2025 and am really enjoying it. Its super reliable and amazing on gas. I would absolutely recommend Justin and Chris to anyone who is looking for honest, down to earth and amazing customer service.

Amazing team they have at Londonderry Chrysler. They gave me the best trade in price for my Tacoma. It all started with Salesman Sam Nasreddine, Mo the sales manager to Justin the finance guy. The entire team made my purchase so smooth. I definitely recommend this team of professionals. The more I drive the Sahara the easier it is in forgetting the Tacoma.

Manny (our sales person) was incredible with his energy and his no pressure willingness to help with any questions we asked of him. Pete the sales Manager was easy to negotiate with and clearly supports a great team, and Justin in the finance department made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. From the very start Manny made every effort to connect with us including a personalized video showing us the truck to prove it was truly available and as good as the pictures showed. He even had it freshly washed and ready for us to test drive, and went so far as to park a brand new vehicle along side so we could do a true comparison. He went above and beyond, staying as late or as long as needed to ensure we were satisfied, and was not joking when he said the polish and touch ups would make the vehicle look like brand new when we picked it up. And then when we brought our new truck home he connected with us the next day to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the truck! Never have we ever experienced such wonderful personalized service where our business felt appreciated and that we would always be looked after! They do things the right way because it’s the right thing to do…..and that was very obvious to us from the moment we walked through their doors. Don’t let the smaller show room fool you….they are big on service, big on customer satisfaction being a priority and big on transparency throughout the whole process!
