Longue Pointe - Chrysler

(Posting on my husband’s account) I returned my jeep wrangler the other day and Angie was extremely rude and condescending. She was in a meeting when I got there. I was told by the receptionist to wait, which I did. But after 25-30 mins, I followed up if she was coming. She came out of her office and said “Im in the meeting, can’t u wait 5-10 mins” with a really rude tone. I said okay, im gonna wait I just wanted to make sure I was not forgotten. And then she proceeded, “its okay, we can do this now, i dont know want anyone to get angry if i dont finish in 5-10 mins” in a very sarcastic manner. She’s lucky Im pregnant and I didnt wanna stress myself so I ignored her attitude. But lets just say im glad that’s the last time Im gonna deal with her. Totally unprofessional.

Needs immediate change of administration or will inevitably face eventual closure.I wonder if the owners read these reviews and take them seriously cause it would be a shame to see such a great business fall for but a few bad apples.

HORRIBLE experience! Charles Roy is completely rude and arrogant does not know how to treat customers. Used fowl language when speaking. This place charges you without being advised or giving approval and then tells us that we will never get our Jeep fixed despite having warranty. Called the manager and still did not hear back. What a joke, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
