He listened to all our concerns, offered a number of automotive options to my wife to test drive, explaining where switches & knobs were located, assisting in operating an unfamiliar gear shift mechanism to my wife, and, in general, showed an amazing amount of empathy to her needs & desires. Also, our financing options were expertly explained by Filena Sevilla & all the paperwork was completed in a timely manner.

Worst Car-Buying Experience – Do Not Purchase from the Homestead Location I recently traded in my Nissan and purchased a newer model from this dealership, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged by any staff member. It wasn't until I made it clear that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that I received assistance from a salesperson. After selecting the vehicle I wanted, I worked with a relatively new finance representative to complete the transaction. Unfortunately, several important steps were either overlooked or completed incorrectly, resulting in numerous issues that I have since had to spend considerable time and effort correcting. Many of these problems could have been avoided had the process been handled properly from the beginning. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and support after the sale was finalized. Once the paperwork was signed and I left the dealership, it became nearly impossible to get assistance. I have called multiple times requesting to speak with the finance supervisor, Delana, regarding these issues, but my calls have not been returned. Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting and professional experience, not one filled with unnecessary stress and administrative errors. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential buyers to consider other dealerships that prioritize customer service, accuracy, and post-sale support. I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to save themselves the frustration and shop elsewhere.
