Everyone I dealt with during my recent purchase of an AMG C63S was highly knowledgeable and passionate about cars. They gave me plenty of time to test the car out, answered all of my questions, and even encouraged me to take the AMG for an extra spin to make sure it was right for me. I never felt like I was getting pressured to make a decision, and every decision I did make was based on clear and transparent conversations with Desiree and Arthur. Put down a deposit for an Emira but unfortunately due to various factors decided to cancel. However, the experience provided by the team at Lotus of Vancouver was excellent throughout almost the entire timeline. The only hiccup was that at a certain point when some of the staff changed, the person I was working with was one of the people who left and I was left without a point of contact with no notice. This was only rectified by me going in person and asking them who I should be talking to and they reassigned my file to Anthony, who was a pleasure to work with.
