Used/New Subaru, 4500 miles, priced $5000, under all other dealers with miles typically sitting at 30,000 miles and clean car fax. Perhaps it was right time, right place, however on that note doing research upon car, Lou Fusz might have the best prices around. I typically dread going to dealership to deal with the typical BS you have to deal with. Keith in sales was extremely polite, not pushy, was honest with him, told him I had appointments elsewhere to test drive. He did not try to push the car on me. Craig the Finance guy was so polite, he literally did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need, heck he told me I didn't need GAP insurance. That is honesty folks. He could have sold it to me, but he didn't. I picked the warranty that I thought was necessary for a computer car and he did not push the others down my throat. He even pointed out an extra 6 months if I wanted through credit union at the same low interest rate if I wanted to drop my payment. Your choice, you can still pay it off early if you choose with no consequences. The transaction was by far the smoothest transaction I have ever made when purchasing a car. Think I spent more time BS-ing with him than actual transaction. Hats off to you guys, you got good thing going! THANKYOU

This past weekend my wife and I purchased our first vehicle from the Lou Fusz family of dealers. We worked with Robert Langro (Rob) and we had a phenomenal experience! Not only did Rob make sure that our car buying experience was streamlined by getting all the necessary paperwork done up front, but I really appreciate how he handled the sale as well. Not pushy and no gimmicks when it came to the prices seen on the site. Working with Rob was a pleasure and also working with Bryan in the finance department was great as well.
