I wandered in on Wednesday looking at the Nissan Rogue. My payments were steep for my passport. Mike M put together an enticing deal that got me into a new vehicle and got my payments to where I was satisfied. He had the paperwork ready on Friday at 11 AM and I was out before noon. He went over the new car and I felt very comfortable driving away. The dealership is less than a mile from my house which will make service easy! I was very pleased with the respectful way I was treated and am very happy!!

Gil was amazing! I will 100% be going back to nissan for a long time. He made the ending of my lease and a new lease process very easy. 10/10 experience & I love my car! He made sure i was comfortable with all the new features before leaving the lot & continued to check in after a few days/week to make sure everything was going good. What an incredible experience I just had at this dealership. I was end of lease and was on the fence about a lease buyout or purchasing a new truck. I was put in touch with Gil who presented me a variety of options on a buyout, trade in and purchase of my current car, a 2026 Sentra or a 2026 Frontier. Everything was extremely professional and I encountered no pressure conversations. What made this experience so memorable for me is Gil listened to my concerns, answered my questions and ordered the Frontier with my options/color I wanted. Truck was delivered in 3 days and the whole purchase process took less than 30 minutes. Gil and the team here have set the bar for customer service. To date this is my 7th Nissan, I bought primarily at Concordville Nissan but all future business will be through this dealership going forward. Excellent job!! I'm a long time customer of Loughead Nissan, but knew my sales guy had passed away and I would need to deal with someone new. My new guy's name is Gil Kennedy and he is awesome!! He actually contacted me first and we discussed what I was looking for which he had right on the showroom floor! He made the transition into a new lease very easy, and stayed within my budget! I love my new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum! Gil went over all of the upgrades and cool functionality that I didnt have with my loaded 2023 Rogue SL. He answered every question we had and made sure I was comfortable with my decision! I can't say enough about Gil! He is definitely my new guy! I recommend him 100%! This past weekend I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. I worked with Gil Kennedy and he was wonderful to work for me and my family. He wasn't pushy or any of that stuff. He listened to my parameters and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. This is our 2nd car bought from Loughead within a year and they have been great with us.
