Lougheed Acura

I bought my very first Acura MDX from Lougheed Acura back in 2013, and over the last 13 years I’ve brought it back for every single service. Scott is great, communicative and trustworthy… never telling me to get service unless needed. The service has always been excellent, and the car itself has been so reliable that I didn’t hesitate to buy another MDX from them. This most recent MDX purchase was also a great experience. Chris Choi was a fantastic and incredibly patient salesperson as I worked through my very picky decision-making process and test-drove several different vehicles. He never rushed me and was always helpful and responsive. What really stood out was the follow-up. There was a small issue with the new car, and Chris proactively called me to ask me to bring it in to get it resolved — before I even had a chance to reach out. The issue was handled quickly and easily, with no hassle at all. Helen was also wonderful to work with once I finally made my decision. Overall, this dealership has earned my long-term loyalty through consistent service, great people, and quality vehicles. Highly recommend Lougheed Acura to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust for the long run.

Really nice, James was a fantastic man, give alot of advice for a first time buyer. The service is really good have a wonderful time using their service. The deal i got a 2022 crv for a very good price. Pretty nice for an suv to have such affordable. Paperwork is very reliable and honest work, though there still lot of flexibility and discussion can happen. So make comfortable choice

Chris is awesome! Walked in a month ago with zero idea what I actually needed. Chris took the time to walk me through the MDX vs RDX in detail, no pressure, no salesy nonsense. After that, I literally went home, measured my garage, and came back knowing the RDX was the perfect fit. Trade-in process? Smooth. New vehicle walkthrough? Clear and thorough — yes, even including a full demo of the Acura “nuke/SOS” button (now I know what not to press accidentally). Picked up a winter tire package as well, and AJ was awesome. Super knowledgeable, understood my concerns about TPMS right away, and answered all my newbie questions clearly and honestly. Overall, a stress-free, well-explained, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this team if you actually want to understand what you’re buying, not just sign papers. Again if you do not know who Chris is, just tell them you want that tall korean guy! The top man of BC.
