Louis Thomas Subaru

Recently had the best experience with Louis Thomas Subaru! I contacted them through the website and one of their salesmen, Matt Thompson, contacted me the next day. He took all of my requests seriously and really helped get us a great deal! We were able to do all negotiations via text, which for a busy mom with an autistic child, was such a blessing to not have to do it all in the dealership. Matt and Andy truly worked hard to get us a great new ride within our budget. It was honestly a better deal than I could have ever imagined. That’s why we traveled 2 hours to do business with them! Chad had everything ready when we got there, and it was truly the quickest I have ever been in and out! Everything was ready, just needed to sign and get those finals details to worked out. They were all also super accommodating to our kiddos. Personally, I think that says A LOT about a business these days. If we are ever in the market to trade again, we will definitely be back!

Have purchased two Foresters from Matt Thompson over the last 4 years, cannot recommend him enough! He's a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest car salesman (yes, one does exist!) who will always go the extra mile to help a customer. The entire staff has always treated my wife and I very well. All our service appointments have been done with the service department and their work has always been excellent. Yes, it's a little pricey, but as with most things in life you get what you pay for. Our first Forester went 97,000 miles on nothing but general maintenance, not even a single hiccup or check engine light. We only traded to keep our primary vehicle in factory warranty, and we are expecting our new one to do the same mileage with no issues. If you want a well built, reliable, safe car that will outgo anything else on the road in winter short of a tracked machine, I cannot urge you enough to go talk to Matt!

I am in love with my new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek that I purchased yesterday. Joe Perrine was amazing and is so knowledgeable about these vehicles. This is my first Subaru and I’m excited for this new adventure. I got a great trade in on my car and the sale was amazing. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and I recommend buying from a local company.

Matt was excellent, answered all my questions and tell me about the car. Lou Jr and Chis was easy to work with, everything professional. This was the first new car in 9 years that we purchased, so glad they took the time and patience with me. My son had purchased a car there and he sold me on the Subaru.

Always happy with the sales and service departments. They do a TOP job keeping my 2013 Legacy in great shape and explain what they performed and found. I’ve owned several Mercedes and BMW’s and can say without reservation I enjoy my Subaru as much as those cars and have referred to it as my Japanese BMW. While I still own Mercedes, the Subaru gives me a driving experience I liken to my BMW 5 series without the high maintenance cost and the reliability has been off the carts!!! The car is now 13 years old from purchase as new and not 1 single issue. I’ve only had to perform regular maintenance and pushing 90,000 miles. One of the BEST automotive purchases in my experience of owning 30+ cars. I’ve always been treated kindly and professionally. I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about Lou and Louis Thomas Subaru from an ownership experience. I am now a lifer Subaru owner and plan a replacement with an Outback when or if EVER the Legacy is ready to retire!!!! When we have multiple inches of snow this car just goes and goes. Safely and reliably!!! Photo is was taken right after 9/12/25 service and the car still looks good for now being 13 model years old.
