Let me first start this review by telling a short story. We are from New Jersey and we were in the market for a 2006 Ford f-350 - 6.0L Diesel DRW * Crew Cab, well we found one at Louisiana Truck Source, LLC. After talking to the owner Ladd for a little over a week on the phone and texting and e-mailing we flew out of N.J. at 7:25am on 1-23-20 landed in New Orleans at 9:35am. Ladd met us at the airport, we checked out the vehicle and bought it .... What I need to tell everyone is that the Owner Ladd is a True Gentlemen, Professional, Knowledgeable & Respectable Person. He went over the vehicle from top to bottom, inside & out, repairing the vehicle like it was his own personal vehicle, taking great care on what he did & how he did it. He addressed the brakes, brake calipers, shock absorbers, tires, Even addressing areas of body work that could of been left alone , BUT he repaired that also. He wanted to ensure that the vehicle was safe & mechanically in good working order for the trip back to New Jersey. He went above and beyond what you think a salesmen would do. What happen next WAS IN NO WAY Ladds fault, mechanical failures happen. Our game plan was to drive to Knoxville, TN., park & get a hotel room for the night BUT about a half hour from Chattanooga,Tn, at around 8:30pm the alternator / battery light came on & the vehicles electrical system started to fail. We were able to baby it to the Hilton Gardens Inn. in Chattanooga. Once we checked in we started to check around for a repair shop to get the vehicle repaired first thing in the morning. My wife said to call Ladd & explain what had happen, so I did. He told me to stand by he would call me back in a few minutes. He did & told me that he has scheduled a mobile truck & trailer repair service to come out first thing in the morning to check & repair the vehicle. At around 6:30am on 1-24-20 I received a call from a mobile repair service that they would be at the hotel parking lot at around 7:00am. Two men showed up, Checked the vehicle out and replaced the vehicles alternator & rechecked the entire electrical system. The repair was done in less then 1-1/2 hours (start to finish) Both men were Gentlemen, Professional, Knowledgeable & Respectable. Thank you very much Ladd From Louisiana Truck Source, LLC . He Paid the Entire Bill for the road service, parts & labor. We made it back to New Jersey safe and sound on 1-26-20.
