I spent a lot of time researching the car I wanted to purchase. After trying to work a deal with a different dealer, I walked after they tried to slide in $150 as I was about to sign. Richard (salesman) and his boss absolutely took care of me and assured me there was no hidden fees. They encouraged a pre purchase inspection and even set up shipping for me. I was extremely nervous buying a car in Kentucky when I live in Florida. Richard was very responsive and reassured me along the way. When the car arrived, a camera issue that was noted on the inspection and fixed by Auto Group of Louisville, appeared again after less than 48 hours with the car. Richard was quick to apologize and tell me to bring it to a manufacturer dealer (promising me they would take care of it). I have had the car back for over a week and everything is working great. Auto Group of Louisville even payed for the repair directly. Could not to be happier with my purchase!
Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had (and, being 60+ with 4 kids, I’ve bought plenty). Vlad, Edgar, Scott and Jacob were amazing! Helpful, Informative, and Very patient (They let me test drive so many cars I lost count. I’m a overthinker, Don’t judge). What’s rare is they truly care more about the people who walk in the door than the car going out. Turns out, my LR4 was the perfect purchase when the ‘ville was socked with 8” of snow & ice. Rover gets around like a champ!!! Thanks AGofL 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I whole heartedly recommend them for the place to buy your next ride!
