We recently purchased a 2026 QX80, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience at this dealership. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. There were no pushy sales tactics, just a comfortable, relaxed process that made buying my wife’s new vehicle enjoyable. Dayanara and Makaila were fantastic to work with, and General Manager Daniel made a great impression by introducing himself at the very beginning of the process. He was personable, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. Finance Manager Evan also did an outstanding job. He thoroughly explained the warranty options without ever making us feel pressured. Instead of pushing unnecessary products, he focused on what made the most sense based on how long we planned to keep the vehicle and our specific needs. I have nothing but great things to say about this AMSI-owned dealership. After purchasing five vehicles from Lexington INFINITI, I wasn’t sure any dealership could surpass that experience, but Louisville INFINITI absolutely did. I love my new 2026 QX80 Sport in Radiant White with the Black Obsidian top. It checks off all the boxes for me and I am a very selective vehicle customer. The blue leather interior, big screens, panoramic sunroof, and comfortable ride (with massaging seats) were great features to me in the full size (body on frame) luxury SUV segment. I even love how the door handles pop out and go flush when locked. To me this vehicle looks like what the top Lexus SUV should look like so great job by INFINITI on this vehicle. Did I mention I also got 0% manufacturer financing as well! The dealership itself has also been excellent. I was actually missing the splash guards and upgraded to the black illuminated cargo scuff plates at a dealer discount in a follow-up service visit where they picked up my vehicle and left me a QX80 loaner at my home which is over an hour away. All I had to do was hand them my key fob! Plus they even brought my vehicle back with basically a full tank of gas. Who does that? The unlimited nationwide powertrain warranty along with the dealership's willingness to offer additional discounts/incentives (even stacked on the Costco rebate) plus the 0% financing was just too good for me to pass up so thanks again to Louisville INFINITI for everything!

I used to love this dealership (even wrote a positive review in the past), but I will be driving an hour away to Cincinnati, just so I don’t have to interact with the service agent Anna any more, who happens to be the only one there every time I come in, so I’m forced to interact with her. This is not my only poor interaction with her and I only decided to write a review today because today was excessive. I mentioned that my car did not look washed, which is part of the reason I come specifically to Infinifi for service, she argued with me that is was & accused me of not telling the truth because “she saw it with her own eyes” & when I said it did not look washed & asked her to take a look at it she said “well its the same car wash we use on every car so there is nothing I can do about that”, when the simple solution would be to simply redo it because this is not the first time I had this issue, as a few times in the past I could not get it washed because it was out of service. She even spoke poorly about other employees that were employed with them who ironically had better customer service than her, because we discussed applying coupons for service . That coupled with just her overall condescending demeanor, really make me not want to return. She does her job of letting me know when the car is ready, but as far as service, I’m not sure she cares about the overall customer experience, so even if its $1, I wont be spending it there any more.

I had a great experience buying 2 vehicles from louisville infiniti. Drew daymond and Keith are all great to work with. The facility is very nice and presentable as well. I would do business with them again
