Late on the review but I had given them a chance to respond which they never did than forgot to post. Had an oil change done late 2024 , they forgot to put the dipstick back in, car died a week later in a parking lot had to get it towed. When the dealership i bought the car from looked under the hood therebwas oil everwhere and no dipstick. They took no responsibility at all and never even reached back out. Pure incompetence in the service department, my car ended up in the shop for a month because they couldn't do an oil change correctly.

Completely shut me down when I asked for a repair. Saying shit like "I charge 120hr" "it might break" and a bunch of other crap. I just needed a brake line installed.. The way he kept cutting me off and from the start acting like my business is no good.... I have 2k for this exact job but they wanted to act high and mighty. Guess I will never use this company for any purchases. Pathetic excuses from a pathetic company.

Very helpful and service is excellent to customer. The family is happy with the new car .
