I brought my car in expecting, you know… service. What I got instead was a hood cable that apparently decided to retire early, a key that suddenly needed emotional support to function, and a service manager who could compete in the Key Tossing Olympics. Gold medal, no question. When I politely mentioned the new issues, the service manager responded with the warm hospitality of someone who’s been told they can’t microwave fish in the break room anymore. Then—plot twist—they threw my keys at me. Not handed. Not passed. Threw. I’ve had Amazon packages delivered with more tenderness.
